Attendance Confirmation

Please register even if you have not booked your flights, but remember to complete your registration before the deadline by Friday, December 13, 2024, when you will have your final flight details. 

All guests should receive an automatic notification after registration and two additional emails from ABB Event Management Team.

1. A Confirmation email, after your registration.

2. An Acknowledgement email, few days before the event, with your hotel, transport confirmation and final agenda.

If you do not receive these emails, please check your SPAM inbox.

If you have not been contacted, please notify the ABB Event Management Team.

Costs & Payments 

ABB will cover the following costs:  

1. Accommodations for two nights – check-in 28 January – check-out 30 January 2025, if compliant with your company policy. If two nights is not compliant with your flight schedule, please ensure you select your number of nights you plan to stay in the registration form.

If you wish to extend your stay, please reach out to our ABB Event Management Team.

ABB will cover the cost of all food, beverages, group transfers and on-site entertainment planned as part of the event.

Request to bring any family member:

Please be reminded, all invitations are non-transferable. Any registrations from people not on the guest list, will be cancelled.

Due to limited places for the Channel Partner conference, if you are accompanied by a significant other, unfortunately they are not able to join the event conferences and networking activities (during the day and evening).

For any specific requests, please contact our ABB Event Management Team.

Important note:

The venue has a strict cancellation policy for this event. For this reason, you are highly recommended to complete your registration as soon as possible.

If you are not sure on your participation or you need to cancel your event registration, please inform the ABB Event Management Team as soon as possible.

Airport Transfer

For your convenience, the transportation from Abu Dhabi International Airport (AUH), to the venue (roundtrip), will be covered by ABB and arranged by the ABB authorized agency. It will be arranged based on the flight information entered in the registration form. Detailed instructions will be shared with you in the acknowledgement email. Please verify your registration details before departure.

Early check-in & late check-out 

Due to high occupancy of the hotel, we recommend to plan your travel according to the regular hotel check-in and check-out times.
